From John Galliano's Fall/Winter 1997 collection, a Top cut with a high ribbed funnel neck and extra-long sleeves worked in an openwork pointelle mesh. The close ribbed body hugs the torso through to a cropped, curved hem, while shaped seams draw in the waist and side panels open into horizontal bands of eyelet knit. The sleeves extend well past the wrist in a layered textural play, with the woven John Galliano Paris crest label set inside. Unmistakably Galliano in its second-skin cut and knit construction.

Details: The knit is slightly loosened on one sleeve.
